DIET RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Eliminate sugar, caffeine and alcohol
2. Eliminate all milk and dairy products (milk, eggs, cheese)
3. Eat meals at regular times of day
4. Chew foods well and eat when relaxed (no stress)

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
1. Possible hypochlorhydria: take Betaine HCl with Pepsin 500-1000 mg (Betaine Plus) before each meal. May be able to stop after 2-3 months. See Hypochlorhydria page for more details
2. Pancreatic enzymes, once with each meal (Lipanase or Pan Ox 5)
