DIET RECOMMENDATIONS

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Select one or several of the following:
1. Vitamin C 1000 3000 mg 3-4 times per day. Side effect is loose stool. Build up intake of vitamin C slowly.
2. Folic acid 25-50 mg 3 times a day with 500 mg vitamin C.
3. Lithium orotate 5 mg 2-3 times per day. Take with flaxseed oil capsules 2 grams per day
