Diet Recommendations
1. Eliminate use of sugar, caffeine and alcohol.
2. Avoid Nightshade Plant foods, i.e. eggplant, tomatoes, white potato and peppers (bell and hot). These food inhibit the repair of connective tissue.
3. Avoid milk and dairy products
4. Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water daily.
5. Eliminate all hydrogenated fat and oil, including red meat, chicken, butter and margarine.
