1. Eliminate use of sugar, caffeine and alcohol.
2. Avoid Nightshade Plant foods, i.e. eggplant, tomatoes, white potato and peppers (bell and hot). These food inhibit
the repair of connective tissue.
3. Avoid milk and dairy products
4. Drink at least 8 glasses of pure water daily.
5. Eliminate all hydrogenated fat and oil, including red meat, chicken, butter and margarine.
In addition to a high potency, good quality multivitamin and mineral use the following supplements:
1. Glucosamine Sulfate 500 mg 3/day with meals
2. Chondroitin 4-Sulfate 400 mg 3/day with meals
For additional support of inflammation and pain:
