The following supplements have been shown to be helpful with health of the skin and ones ability to fight off the free
radical damage to the skin (high in antioxidants). Your multiple vitamin may have enough of the following nutrients or can
be taken separately.
1. Beta Carotene 50 mg/day
2. Selenium 200 mcg/day
3. Vitamin C 1-3 grams per day
4. Vitamin E 400 IU/day
5. Zinc 30 mg 2/day
6. Flaxseed oil or Omega 3 oil capsules 1000mg 3-4 per day
Or take a high potency vitamins which contains the above nutrients:
1. Basic Preventive 5, 2 tablets 3 times a day with meals
2. Zinc Picolinate 20 mg
3. Vitamin C 1000 mg 2/day
4. Flaxseed oil 1000mg 3/day
